I am passionate about research on higher education and sciences studies as well as supporting the developemnt of universities in their strategic development.
Through dialogue, structured work, a touch of humor and specialised knowledge, I work towards reaching the university's aims.
I conduct research on research collaboration, governance, collagiality and academic mobility.
Further, I have vast experience as consultant and in management positions in universities in Germany (Freie Universität Berlin), Chile (e.g. Universidad de Chile, Universidad Católica) and the United Kingdom (University College London)
